This marinade is a Jerk lover's delight. It and JCS (Product No. J-202) both produce Jerk pork or chicken so much like what you get in Jamaica that it is like sitting in the Double V Jerk Center in Ocho Rios. Mix with rum for that authentic Jamaican country taste.
