This sauce is one of the serious competitors of Dave's Insanity Sauce. Although, in our opinion, it isn't quite as hot as Dave's, the difference is minuscule. The main difference we see between this sauce and any of the other sauces which use concentrated capsaicin resin is that during that instant just prior to the time you are consumed by a 10 alarm blaze, you get a hint of molasses flavor. Made with vinegar, molasses, concentrated pepper essence, garlic, Jalapeņo peppers and selected herbs and spices, it seems doubtful you will recognized any specific flavor beyond that of the molasses and the capsaicin resin. As with all sauces of this breed, this sauce is NOT intended to be used as a table sauce. It is intended to be a heat intensifier for other sauces and in cooked foods.
