True to West Indies style, this sauce features a mustard base. It is made with hot peppers, onions, salt, mustard, white vinegar and garlic with enough food starch to thicken the sauce to the proper consistency for pouring. Use it as you would any mustard sauce...but be prepared for the flames that erupt from that smoldering mustard flavor.
