El Yucateco Salsa Picante de Chile Chipotle has the great chipotle taste and fire but can be used in cooking to add zip without appreciably changing the taste of the dish it is being used in. Because of this, it finds a large following with cooks who want the zip but don't want it to change the taste of their food.  Use the chipotle hot sauce in sauces and foods where the red coloration will enhance the natural color of the food. This is one of the most popular Mexican-style hot sauces on the market and a personal favorite of Rob and Joni.
