This is a special salsa made in the Texas tradition using, among other things, golden corn and black beans. Our first encounter with this new product was almost exactly the same for each of us. We read the ingredients and thought to ourselves, "Sounds pretty ordinary"; however, it looked very appetizing so we proceeded to taste. After tasting it, each of us found that we just HAD to have a jar to take home with us! It's not real hot, but it has a marvelous taste and texture that simply screams, M O R E" !!! It hadn't been in the back door but a few days and Rob was already having to order more. That says a lot for a salsa that we all thought was going to be "ordinary". We think you'll like it too!
