We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through Salsas Etc! & Chile Cauldron, a full refund will be given only if merchandise is returned in original packaging within 14 days.
Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping and handling refund, otherwise all shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
When returning an item, please send email to info@chilecauldron.com. List the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you will be shipped the exchange item or an electronic refund will be made to your credit card as you requested. If a refund is made, you will be sent a confirmation of the transaction by e-mail.
